Have you ever used a neti pot?  I’ve heard of them, but I’ve never personally tried one.  I guess I always envisioned myself trying to use a neti pot as me drowning myself with a little pot of saline solution.  Nonetheless, I’ve been tempted to buy one on a few occasions.  No more temptation now though – I found a website that is giving them away for free, just in  time for allergy season!
